Making a claim

The promise of financial safety and security is the very essence of what ACE in Hong Kong is about. We will be here whenever you, your businesses or family need us. If you wish to make a claim, you can download the appropriate claim form in the Forms section.

If you purchased the coverage via an agent or broker, you may submit your claims to them. Alternatively, you may post or fax your claim form with supporting documents to:
