Lead or Excess Capacity:

  • ACE AB Umbrella PLUSSM Form – Commercial Excess and Umbrella Liability Coverage Plus Catastrophe Management and Key Executive Personal Liability* Coverages
  • Umbrella or Follow Form Excess coverage layers within the first $100 million of the tower
  • Flexibility in scheduling different types of underlying policies (Examples include Foreign Liability, Liquor Legal Liability, Garage Keepers, Personal Umbrella)

Minimums

  • $10,000 policy or $750 per million of limits
  • 15% standard commission - Up to 20% through the Express Umbrella Platform
  • A- VI rating by AM Best for all underlying carriers

Limits

  • Up to $50MM Occurrence/Aggregate
  • Per location aggregate available
  • Admitted coverage (all states except Alaska, Louisiana and Vermont), even if you one or more underlying policies are non-admitted
