ACE Green Building Restoration is a unique insurance that addresses additional costs incurred by property owners/developers that desire to re-build their property, following a loss, to a more environmentally friendly or "greener" standard.

Typically, rebuilding with "green" products and services is more expensive and increases the time to rebuild. The resulting additional costs are not always covered by a standard replacement cost property policy. Typical property policies only provide for replacement with like kind and quality.
