Public entities included in the program are normally political subdivisions, agencies, authorities, and public and private schools (K-12) and colleges and universities.

MINIMUMS & LIMITS

  • Minimum self-insured retention: $10,000
  • Minimum premium: $5,000
  • Limits available up to $50 million per claim/aggregate (inclusive of defense)
