Getting Appointed with ACE

If you had a direct appointment with Fireman’s Fund for their personal lines business and have not yet asked about getting a direct appointment with ACE Private Risk Services, please use our appointment inquiry form to get the process started.

ACE has acquired the personal insurance business of Fireman’s Fund, and your clients will be unable to receive an offer from ACE if you do not have an agency appointment with us. Please contact us immediately by using the appointment inquiry form and identifying yourself as a Fireman’s Fund agent.

We will then provide you with further information on how to expedite your ACE agency appointment.  We look forward to hearing from you and to have the opportunity to offer an ACE Private Risk Services policy to your clients.
