- Disability benefit payable as of 1% permanent disability
- Lifelong accident benefit payable as of 50% permanent disability

The insured persons do not have to be named; just the number of persons is registered once a year, at which point the up-to-date premium is calculated. This is the same for all the persons in a group, regardless of their occupation or risk category.
