HRIS MI & Data Analyst - 6 month FTC

ACE in the UK&I 

  

With over 1,300 employees in 12 office, ACE has a strong presence in the UK & Ireland. We operate a highly customer-centric business model, including a robust relationship management structure for key accounts and claims and 20 dedicated business relationship managers.  

The HRIS MI & data analyst produces and distributes regular management and operational information to the head of HR for EMEA and across the EMEA region to both HR colleagues and the business. 

The role will ensure that all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are completed within the set timetable and will also respond to ad-hoc reporting / MI requests both within the region and from Group.

The role will support users within the region with reporting and Microsoft office applications as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Produce and distribute pre-defined accurate MI and operational information for the EMEA region.
  2. Develop ad-hoc reports and data sets as required.
  3. Support users across the EMEA region with Microsoft office applications in particular Excel.
  4. Implement automation and improvements to regular reporting and MI production as agreed with the EMEA Head of HRIS & HR Services

Experience

 

Expertise in Excel – data manipulation, formulae, pivots, merging multiple data sets, arrays, charting (these skills will be tested)

Experience of working in data management and analysis in the HR environment

Excellent attention to detail

PeopleSoft HR experience would be beneficial but not essential
